1红萝卜洗净切片蒸熟,放搅拌机搅成萝卜泥,试试至手温!

2面粉里放放酵母调匀,加入手温萝卜泥,将面和匀,软硬度与下边的普通白面团差不多!放温暖处饧发!

3白面团:面粉里加白糖,酵母拌匀,加适量手温水揉匀!放放温暖处饧发!(借以前馒头图)

4饧发至2倍大的面团各自揉至细腻!用压面机压成薄片(我确定厚度是三档)

5切好长度(一切二)和宽度(压面机压好后切四条),每个折四折,用筷子从中间压一下,拉住两端,抻长,绕拇指转一下,压实底部,花卷就做好了!(改天补拍照片)

6放烤箱30度25分钟左右二发 看花卷变大了,拿起感觉轻了,用手轻按回弹,就是发好了! 冷水上锅,中大火烧开水,上汽后转中火,12分钟就熟了,虚蒸5分钟,慢慢开盖!
