海参: 2只(二至三人份), 虾: 10只, 扇贝丁: 半小碗儿, 姜: (一块儿)最好是切姜丝, 盐: 适量, 青菜: 适量, 香油: 少许勺, 燕麦: 50克左右(多少随意)

8烧开后转小火

清淡,有营养节约时间的营养早餐就做好了。另可以配个水煮蛋,加个温拌菜(我加的是自发绿豆芽)是不是很有营养哦
