面粉: 500克, 油: 适量, 小苏打: 2克, 葱花: 适量, 酵母: 5克, 温水: 250克, 盐: 适量, 菜籽油: 适量, 糖: 3克, 花椒面: 适量
步骤
1准备好所需食材

2用少量温水将酵母粉稀释,在准备好的面粉中间挖一个洞(倒面粉前可将盆子刷一层油)将稀释后的酵母粉、糖、盐、小苏打、水(水是少量多次加入)倒入洞中,用筷子将面粉搅拌成絮状!

3将面粉揉成光滑的面团(我实在没劲啦,只能揉成这样了)用保鲜膜包好待发酵成面团的2倍大小
