高粉: 200克, 低粉: 50克, 白糖: 25克, 盐: 2.5克, 鸡蛋: 一个, 水: 100克左右, 酵母: 2.5克, 黄油: 25克, 黄油: 15克, 白糖: 15克, 面粉: 30克
步骤
1原料所有材料除黄油外揉至扩展,香酥粒材料黄油软化,加入白糖,再加入低筋面粉,混合然后搓成粒状
2发酵至两倍大
