2干香菇提前泡软,切细条;大白菜洗净切块;蒜头切末备用。

3先来准备白酱:黄油小火加热融化

4加入面粉拌炒均匀

5分次加入牛奶搅拌均匀,小火加热到表面起泡,奶汁变得有点浓稠就可以关火。

6另起油锅,爆香蒜末后加入香菇和虾米炒香

7接着把白菜下锅(先菜梗后菜叶)大火翻炒至变软出水,加盐和糖调味

8把煮熟的大白菜倒入一开始准备好的白酱锅中

9略煮把水分收干,试味,再酌情添加盐和胡椒粉调味

10最后把白菜装入耐烤的容器中,表面均匀撒上一层马苏里拉干酪碎
