步骤
1将所有水油皮的用料放入盆中,混合并揉成光滑的面团,盖上保鲜膜松弛30分钟(如果室内温度过高,请放入冰箱冷藏)

2如果你有耐心,刚才的第一步骤最好是把面团揉出透明手套膜,并且是不易破裂,这样的面团起酥效果更好呢!通过揉、摔、敲打、的过程揉出手套膜形态。

3将所有的油酥用料放入盆中,混合并揉成油酥面团,盖保鲜膜松弛25分钟(这个时间与水油面团松弛好的时间差不多就可以啦)

4将水油面团和油酥面团各自平均分成4份,用手揉圆

5取一个油皮按扁,上面放个油酥面团

14将小卷从中间切开,一分为二
