原料
基围虾: 15只, 料酒: 10克, 盐: 1克, 展艺黑胡椒粉: 1克, 展艺玉米淀粉: 适量, 鸡蛋: 1个, 展艺面包糠: 适量
步骤
1提前将基围虾放急冻冰箱将虾冻硬,然后取出剥掉虾尾的皮,用牙签挑出虾线剪掉虾头

2剪刀从虾肚子剪开背部不要剪断,尽量把虾摊开炸的时候比较好看

3处理好的虾洗干净,用料酒,盐,胡椒粉拌均匀

4然后封上保鲜膜腌制一会

6腌制好的虾先用淀粉裹匀

7再依次裹上一层蛋液

9将油烧热后改中火,将虾放入油锅里炸至金黄色
