步骤
1海鲈鱼去鳞、去鳃、去除内脏,洗净,在鱼身划几道刀口便于腌制入味

2鱼身周遭用盐抹一遍,鱼肚内塞入葱段、姜丝

3再用料酒、蒸鱼豉油、黑胡椒碎腌制3、4个小时以上(放入冰箱冷藏腌制,时间越久越入味,我腌了一夜)

4红椒、黄椒和洋葱切成细条状,芹菜切断
