5把豆腐芋头葱花盐油等所有材料搅拌均匀成细沫,打三个鸡蛋一起继续搅拌均匀

6把搅拌好的馅酿进青椒里面,装锅放一碗水,煮熟即可开吃,也可以用油炸或锅内放少量油煎熟,味道更美!!

若是童鞋们煎或炸辣椒酿的话,记得选小个些的辣椒或是把青椒对半切开再酿,这样易炸熟哦!
