五花肉(或瘦肉),地瓜粉: , 米粉: , 绿叶青菜: , 姜葱: , 花生油,酱油,鸡精,盐:
步骤
1将五花肉切成薄片,加姜泥,盐,鸡精,酱油腌制一会。(今天我又加了海蛎,腌制步骤同五花肉,味道更鲜)

2倒油,葱头切小段加入,爆香后将葱头油捞出一旁备用

3锅内还有点油,加入适量酱油,加冷水,烧开

4烧水期间,在腌制好的鲜五花肉中加入地瓜粉,如图和匀

5水烧开,将腌制好的五花肉一片一片揉进锅中,等待再次烧开

6水烧开,加入米粉,快熟的时候加入青菜

7最后,倒入事先准备好的葱头油,闽南肉羹米粉汤就完成啦~
