原料
虾: 适量, 料酒,生抽,盐: 适量, 生姜,洋葱或者大蒜: 适量, 玉米淀粉: 适量, 鸡蛋: 1个, 面包糠: 适量, 番茄酱: 适量
步骤
1先处理虾,虾尾留壳,把虾线挑出来后,用刀背把虾肉稍微拍一下,注意不要太用力拍烂了,然后放生姜,洋葱沫,料酒,盐,生抽把虾腌制一会

2准备淀粉,鸡蛋液,面包糠

5最后裹面包糠,烤盘里垫油纸,把裹好的虾放进去,烤箱230预热5分钟

6进烤箱,230度10-15分钟
