大番薯: 1条, 白砂糖: 30g, 水: 一勺, 花生油: 300g, 生菜: 一棵
步骤
1准备材料!番薯去皮切成滚刀块形状,美观且不易散(我粗心横切了)

2中火热干锅后倒油进锅,等油温热至80慑氏度以上再下番薯

3看番薯的厚度来看起锅时间,一般呈现金黄色就可以捞起了,如果不确定生熟,可以筷子能否刺穿番薯(小心被油溅到了)

4先用过油网滤干油,再摆盘里

5暂可用陶瓷碗小心把热油倒出,留底油下白砂糖下一勺水,小火熬到糖都融一起大泡小泡的

6小火煮起泡了再把番薯倒进去翻炒,让每块番薯都沾到糖浆
