蜜红豆: 120克, 牛奶: 250克, 淡奶油: 170克, 舒可曼细砂糖: 50克, 蛋黄: 2个
步骤
1红豆泡一夜,煮一锅红豆(可以用买的蜜红豆代替,不过自己煮更好吃,甜度自由掌控)

2煮好后捞出,加入细砂糖做成蜜红豆

4牛奶、细砂糖、奶锅备好

6蛋黄划散

7倒入牛奶,同时快速搅拌(搅拌好的牛奶隔冰水降温)

8这时候将红豆、牛奶蛋黄液、淡奶油加进搅拌机,搅拌至红豆略碎(留一点点颗粒口感更好)

9搅拌好的红豆冰淇淋液倒入冰淇淋桶

1.蜜红豆可以买现成的加进去,会更加方便 2.材料都冷却再混合放入冰淇淋机,会凝固的更好 3.冷冻的冰淇淋会比较不甜,可以先试试冰淇淋液,比较甜一点就可以了
