1虾、蛤蜊、香菇、油菜洗净备用

2虾、蛤蜊放入锅中微煮一下,捞出备用。将煮过海鲜的汤放置5分钟沉淀以后,将清汤倒入碗中备用

3将面粉放入大碗中,逐渐将冷水加入面粉内,水要一点点的加,用筷子搅拌成疙瘩,碗中没有干面即可

4起油锅,爆香葱姜,加老汤,放入香菇

5在锅内放入疙瘩,并用勺子搅拌避免粘连
