2红薯隔水蒸熟(大概20分钟)~

3蒸熟后趁热用勺子捣成泥,晾凉备用~

4黄油室内放置软化~ 在案板上切成小块~ 放入低筋面粉中~ 用勺子拌至裹匀成粗粒(不要用手揉,手温会让黄油融化,后面就不好超做啦)~

5将白糖,精盐,晾凉的熟红薯泥放入面粉盆中~ 揉成面团~ 盖保鲜膜醒面静置15分钟~ 将面团放入保鲜袋中(防止粘擀面杖)~

6将面团擀成整齐的长方形~ 薄厚在3mm左右~ 蛋黄打入碗内+清水搅匀=蛋黄液~ 饼皮上刷上一层蛋黄液~

7均匀的撒上白黑芝麻~ 切成1厘米宽的条状~ 摆在铺有油纸的烤盘内(可借助刮板放入烤盘内)~ 烤箱预热180°,上下火,中层烤25分钟,表面金黄即可(时间紧做参考,我家烤箱温度低,实际烤了30分钟表面才金黄)~

8烤好拿出晾凉,凉了以后才酥脆~
