3揉好的面团静置一个小时

4备好工具,把面团压在木板上

5待水烧开,加一点盐,用辅助工具把面削进锅里,入锅即煮,煮到面都漂起来就熟了;

6再用豆油蒜泥爆炒把煮好的刀削面加入,加点高汤(刚好有备好的羊肉汤),把洗好的小青菜一起入锅,加盐稍煮片刻,装盘;

8葱、姜、肉丝(前夹)
