2隔水热水用电动打蛋器搅拌成至细滑无颗粒

17烤盘内倒入清水放入烤箱中下层,将奶酪模放入装有水的烤盘中

18烤约1小时,(中途可以再次补些冷水可以防止蛋糕开裂,)这步我做了,还是没能补救已经开裂的蛋糕。烤好后取出脱模
