原料
牛油: 60g, 低筋面粉: 40g, 高筋面粉: 70g, 猕猴桃干: 15g, 苏打粉: 4g, 奶粉: 20g, 泡打粉: 2g, 糖粉: 50g, 鸡蛋: 半个
步骤
1将牛油放在室温中至软化,与糖打至松软变白,然后加入蛋液拌匀

2将低筋面粉、高筋面粉、奶粉、苏打粉、盐过筛后加入1中,拌成粉团

3把猕猴桃干切成小碎丁,加入粉团搅拌均匀

4把面团放在不沾布上揉匀,用擀面杖擀至0.5cm厚,放入冰箱冷冻15分钟

5将面皮取出,用模具心形压出形状
