2南瓜洗净去皮放入盘中隔水上锅蒸熟(大概蒸了20分钟)~

3蒸熟用勺子捣成泥状备用~

4❤黄面团: 面粉+白糖+酵母=混合面粉~ 加入熟南瓜泥~ 搅成絮状~ 揉成光滑的面团~

5盖保鲜膜放温暖出首次发酵至2倍大(冬天放阳台发酵,大概1.5小时)~

6面粉+白糖+酵母=混合面粉~ 一点点加入清水搅成絮状~ 揉成面团~ 盖保鲜膜放温暖处首次发酵至2倍大~

7发酵好的面团,用手指沾些面粉戳一下,不回缩不塌陷就发好了~ 想要蒸好的馒头表面光滑,就要多揉至一会排气~ 这是我揉了10分钟的时候,切开里面还有气孔~ 大概揉了15分钟,切开完全看不到气孔就可以了(也可用面包机揉,更省力)~

8将南瓜面团滚圆~ 按扁擀成薄厚均匀的饼片~ 切成7厘米×7厘米的正方形=9个(10.11个) 盖上保鲜膜,距离分开些以免粘连(防止表皮干硬)~

9将白面团揉至光滑~ 擀成薄厚均匀的饼皮~ 用小号裱花嘴压出小圆~ 多压出些备好(大概20来个,盖保鲜膜防止表皮干硬)~

10再次将白面团揉成光滑的面团~ 再擀成薄厚均匀的饼皮~ 切成1厘米宽的条状~ 在切成1.2厘米长的小块(盖保鲜膜防止表皮干硬)~

11将剩下的白面团加少许黑色色素(竹炭粉)揉成均匀的黑面团~

12将黑面团擀成薄厚均匀的饼皮: 切成0.2厘米宽的细长条18个~ 切成0.2厘米×宽1厘米长的短条18个~ 嘴巴形状(各种造型的)9个~

13❤开始制作海绵宝宝: 取出一份黄面团,沾些水贴上两个白色小圆~

14沾些水贴上黑色嘴巴~ 沾些水在嘴巴上贴两个大“门牙”(小方块)~

15白色小圆片围绕一圈黑色长细条(收口捏紧,长些就剪断)~

20将馒头有距离的摆在铺有屉布的蒸锅中,盖上锅盖2次醒发至少30分钟~

21醒发好大火烧开,转中火蒸10分钟,关火焖5分钟即可(打开锅盖时,水蒸气不要滴在馒头上)~
