步骤
1鱼肉批成稍厚的片,加盐、鸡粉、水溶生粉抓匀,再加入干生粉上浆抓匀;

用龙利鱼肉吃起来方便,无骨无刺,特别是老人和小孩。如果用活杀的鲜鱼味道更佳,但一定要宰杀干净,要上浆。
