原料
Shortcrust酥皮: 一张,分四份, 火腿: 1cup(撕成丝), 黄色小番茄: 100g, 红色小番茄: 100g, 鸡蛋: 2个(打散), 淡奶油: 1/4cup, 现磨黑胡椒: 适量
步骤
1烤箱预热220°C,把酥皮放进模具里,压紧

2整理整齐,底部和边缘用叉子扎些小孔

3放入预热后的烤箱空烤10分钟左右或者直到颜色金黄质地酥脆

4烤的过程里就把番茄切半,火腿撕成粗丝

5鸡蛋打散与奶油混合均匀,并用少许海盐和较大量的黑胡椒调味备用(我个人喜欢多些黑胡椒,这个您根据自己口味来吧,盐千万别放多了,因为火腿是咸的)

6皮烤好之后从烤箱取出,稍微放一会儿,同时把烤箱温度降至160°C;把切半的番茄和火腿丝均匀分在4个塔模里,倒入蛋奶液,我又在表面磨了些黑胡椒

7放入160°C的烤箱烤20分钟左右或者直到内馅儿刚好凝固即可
