原料
蛋黄: 2个, 细砂糖/糖粉: 40g, 纯牛奶: 200g, 低筋面粉: 13克, 玉米淀粉: 6克, 黄油: 15克, 淡奶油: 100克, 香草精/香草荚: 几滴/1根
步骤
1先拿两个鸡蛋取两个蛋黄就好

2加入40g克细砂糖搅匀,到糖融化(如果换成糖粉会比较容易融合讷)

3然后将13克低筋面粉和6克玉米淀粉混合筛入哩

4搅拌至顺滑无颗粒就行,然后放一旁待用

5纯牛奶加热到沸腾,倒入几滴香草精/一根香草荚? 做成香草牛奶

6接着将香草牛奶慢慢加入到弄好的蛋黄糊中,混合均匀

7上一步之后,将混合物倒入小锅中,小火慢慢加热,一边搅拌

8这时候液体会慢慢变得稠合,到一定程度后关火。

9将小锅离火,利用余温融合黄油,拌匀,然后放一边降温

10将100克淡奶油打发,至6成就好

相信选用香草荚的会更香哦,因为我香草荚用完了,所以这次就用了香草精 另外,用糖粉加入到蛋黄里会比较容易融化,更省时间呢
