步骤
1血(黑)糯米适量提前淘洗干净,浸泡过夜;

2准备好芒果(最好用有稍许酸味儿的)、椰浆;

3泡好的血糯米沥干水分放入电饭煲,掺入适量清水和椰浆(椰浆不用太多),煮熟成血糯饭(血糯米比较难煮,水适量多掺一点,煮的时间稍长一点);

4芒果切成花;
