光鸡一只: 1250g左右, 盐焗鸡粉: 一包, 姜片: 几片, 花生油:
步骤
1选好光鸡一只

2把鸡放在篮子里,沥干水分,一只鸡放进电饭锅有点大,可以把两边鸡腿砍下来

3预热电饭锅,倒一些油在电饭锅,铺上几片姜片(忘记拍放姜片这步了)

4放鸡放在电饭锅,用盐焗粉把鸡的全身,包括内外涂满,然后按下按钮开始焗鸡

小技巧
焗鸡不用放水,鸡熟时用筷子戳一下,没有血水就表示熟了,拿起鸡后电饭锅还有一些油,可以把它剩起来,淋在鸡肉上面哦
