鸡蛋: 3只, 猪肉: 500g, 咸菜: 适量, 洋葱: 半个, 虾皮: 适量, 葱: 适量, 面粉: 根据自己来定, 色拉油: 一勺
步骤
1咸菜切碎,锅烧热倒咸菜,把咸菜的水分炒干,备用!

2洋葱,猪肉,葱花切好备用,虾皮准备好!

3打两个蛋,热锅倒油,倒入鸡蛋稍微炒下,用铲子捣碎,或者煎好放菜板上切碎!

4用炒了蛋的锅再倒点油,放入洋葱炒香,再倒入咸菜,稍微翻炒下倒入猪肉,(猪肉不能炒太熟,不然以后包的时候容易搓破面粉)然后放入虾皮翻炒,熄火放入炒好的蛋和葱花! 放着晾凉会!

5面粉加一个鸡蛋和一勺色拉油,加入适量清水,揉到手光,盆光,面光!
