原料
擂茶: 一小碗, 核桃仁: 一小把, 花生仁: 一小把, 芝麻: 少许, 黑糖: 少许, 糯米粉: 少许, 猪油: 350g
步骤
1先将核桃仁,花生仁放入微波炉高火两分钟左右,取出去皮;

2无油干锅里放入黑芝麻小火炒熟。再将核桃仁、花生与黑芝麻切细,切碎;

3热锅放入核桃/花生/黑芝麻切好的碎末,加入适量黑糖和猪油,翻炒均匀,注意不要炒太干,核桃花生芝麻馅料就做好了;

4取350g糯米粉,用温水一点一点加入,将糯米粉揉成干湿合适的面团;

5取大小合适的汤圆面团搓圆,然后挖空,装入已经做好的馅料,注意不要装太满,收口,搓成光滑的汤圆;

6把搓好的汤圆放入水快烧开的锅里,轻轻甩动锅,开中小火,煮七八分钟至汤圆熟;

7取适量的擂茶,用开水冲泡好,把煮好的汤圆放入擂茶当中就好了哦!
