鲜菇300g: , 姜2片: , 蒜头2瓣: , 鲜葱1颗: , 蚝油1茶匙: , 酱油1茶匙:
步骤
1准备好以上材料: 1. 鲜菇用直流水冲一冲表面的脏东西,再去掉丁部不能吃的部分,切薄细片备用; 2. 鲜葱清理后清洗干净,切段,白色的部分与绿色的部分要分开; 3. 姜切片后切丝; 4. 蒜头用刀拍碎,去衣后剁成蓉;

2热锅放油,加入姜丝、蒜蓉、葱白,爆香后倒入鲜菇拌炒均匀,再加入30ml凉开水,继续炒至鲜菇软身熟透; (鲜菇没泡水,水分很少,所以炒时要略加点凉开水炒,避免糊锅了。)

3加入酱油1茶匙、蚝油1茶匙,快速拌炒均匀; (重口味的亲可以加少许盐哦!)
