香芹 1把, 香干子, 猪腩肉 1小条, 红甜椒 1/2只, 生姜 1小块, 香葱 2支, 盐, 糖, 生抽, 老抽, 料酒, 香麻油, 干淀粉
步骤
1生姜切丝,带皮腩肉洗净后切片放入碗中,撒上少许生姜丝,调入生抽、老抽、白糖,干淀粉拌匀,淋上香麻油腌制备用

2香干子用清水冲洗后切条丝状备用;红甜椒去蒂去籽切丝,小葱洗净后切段备用;香芹洗净去叶后,用刀轻拍后切段备用

3锅烧热后注油,油温起来后将腌制肉片放入锅中煸炒,炒至出油出香七成熟度时起锅

4就着锅内的底油,将剩余姜丝、红甜椒、葱段投入锅中以中小火煸香呛锅,将香干子倒入锅中转旺火翻炒;炒至香干子表皮微微焦香时,加入适量精盐翻炒均匀

5将煸炒过的肉片回锅,锅内喷入少许料酒翻炒均匀
