21煮开后,打开锅盖,鸡蛋翻面下,这样子酱油会均匀上色

小技巧
1、五花肉煎下,一个是去肥油,一个也可以去腥水腥味 2、老抽生抽比例1:1.5,其实也随意哈,老抽上色,生抽增鲜味 3、鸡蛋划刀,不要划的太深哈,鸡蛋散了那就郁闷了。。。绕鸡蛋身子对错四个口子即可 4、煮的时候要记得给鸡蛋翻面,因为水才盖过鸡蛋的一半,翻面才能上色均匀哈
