小技巧
1.粽叶,如果是干的,要提前12小时浸泡回软,如是新鲜的,要煮过再用. 2.配菜根据自己喜欢,有什么用什么,我只有红尖椒和蒜薹,就用了这两样. 3.豆豉的用量根据自己喜欢,喜辣的可多放,之后的盐就适量了.
