小技巧
1、豆渣一定要拧干再做豆渣饼哈 2、加鸡蛋可以增加粘性 3、玉米面比例多少自己控制,少一点的话,豆渣饼吃起来口感会粗糙些,反之。。你懂的 4、做豆渣饼的时候豆渣先捏几下,这样子不容易散哈
