2第一步,室温软化黄油,可以切小块一点比较快软化,放速冻的话最好提前1到2个小时拿出哦!

3第二步,软化后的黄油加入糖粉,分三次加入

10第四步,混合,搅拌均匀后用手捏致表面光滑

11接下来的都忘记拍图了,原谅我不过很简单!把面团用擀面杖擀成大约0.5厘米厚,再用模具砸出各种形状,就可以进烤箱了!

12在压饼干的同时,预热烤箱上下火170度,10分钟,记住不要太久,不然对烤箱伤害很大!

13上下火180度16分钟!这个只是参考,真正几分钟要看各自烤箱脾气,大概也就15~20!饼干变成金黄色就可以吃了,冷下来吃超级酥脆!
