步骤
1挑选肥瘦相间的五花肉,切成宽条状

4烧开后放入五花肉,慢慢把血末煮出来

5撇出血沫,汤汁清澈,再煮15分钟,捞出待用,注意煮肉的原汤不要扔,后面会用到哦~

6令起煮锅,放入葱姜蒜垫底

8依次倒入卤水汁、生抽、老抽、耗油,比例是4:3:2:1

14令起铁锅,铺上锡纸,均匀撒入红糖

16摆好五花肉,肉之间要留出空隙,扣锅盖(一定要扣严实),开大火烧3分钟,改小火熏3分钟,关火焖一会儿即可!
