6泡发洗净的木耳倒入锅内煮开,加盐和糖调味后转小火

7意大利面折短一点(这样更适合小朋友吃)

8锅内水烧开,加盐和少许油,放入意面煮开后,转中火继续煮至意面中间没有白芯(意面比较难入味,事先加盐煮会更入味,油是防粘的)

9煮好的意面用冷水冲洗一下并沥干(这样口感会好一些,不冲也可以)
