4中筋面粉+无铝泡打粉+白糖+精盐=混合面粉~ 放入黄油碎末~ 搅拌混合不见黄油碎末~ 倒入鸡蛋液搅拌均匀~

5一点点加入牛奶和成面团,将盆里干的碎屑倒出装容器备用(酥粒)~

6将面团平均分成两份(案板上撒些面粉)~ 取出一份用手按平,放上豆沙馅~ 另一个面团取出用手也按平~ 两张饼皮复合对齐~

7将饼皮边缘捏合~ 刷上蛋液~ 撒上酥粒~ 放上蜜豆(轻按按,以免烤时鼓出)~

8将饼分成8块(或6块,切好减少烤至时间,容易熟)~

9烤箱预热200°,上下火,中层烤至15-20分钟,烤至表面酥黄即可(烤至时间根据自己家烤箱温度调制,上色即可)~
