原料
排骨: 适量, 淀粉(生粉): 2勺, 芋头: 适量, 葱: 适量, 蚝油: 2勺, 味极鲜酱油: 1勺, 李锦记蒜蓉豆豉酱: 2勺, 盐: 适量, 白胡椒粉: 适量, 料酒: 3勺, 白砂糖: 1勺
步骤
1排骨用冷水浸泡清洗3-4遍;

2排骨从水中拿出,无需沥干水分,加入2勺蒜蓉豆豉酱、2勺蚝油、1勺味极鲜酱油、一勺糖、适量盐、适量白胡椒粉、3勺料酒,抓拌至水分全被排骨吸收,再撒2勺生粉,拌匀,腌制一小时左右,使排骨更入味;

3芋头去皮切块浸水备用,葱切段;

4锅中加水烧开,芋头铺在盘子底部,上面铺上葱,再将排骨均匀铺在最上层,大火蒸25分钟;
