刀削面: 一片, 鱿鱼: 适量, 鲜虾: 适量, 蔬菜: 适量, 盐: 适量
步骤
1全家福~ 虾剥壳,留下虾头备用。鱿鱼切块,蔬菜洗净

2锅加热后转小火,倒入适量油(可以多一点),把备用的虾头,小火炸,直至虾头金黄金黄了,油也变黄灿灿的就OK啦~ 捞起虾头放碗中(可吃可不吃)

3倒入虾和鱿鱼,中火煸炒~

4加入一丢丢盐,继续煸炒~

8水沸了一次后,点一次水(加冷水不用多)再次沸腾大概就是熟啦~喜欢软的可以再煮会
