步骤
1先将牛肉洗净,用刀切成小块,这次没用搅拌机打碎是为了让牛肉更有口感

2锅内倒油烧热后关火,将花椒和红椒干一起倒入,油的余温将这两样炸熟,捞出

3炸好后开火将牛肉粒倒入快炒,关小火放入甜面酱,酱放入后火不用太大,小火即可

4将熟花生米也一起倒入翻炒,酱煮开后倒入辣椒粉

5所以材料都放入后小火将酱熬开后关火

小技巧
牛肉也可以按个人口感打成碎沫, 熟花生米要搓成两半,太大个影响口感 此酱还是不用放一滴水和盐,甜面酱本身就挺咸的 酱要装瓶的话一定要冷却后再装哦
