6用保鲜膜包好,放入冰箱冷藏半个小时左右,会让成品更酥

7从冰箱里取出面糊,再用刮刀翻拌一下,震出气泡

8这时,可以预热烤箱到200度。同时,在模具里刷上油撒一点面粉,防止粘粘(zhannian),然后把面糊放进裱花袋,挤进烤模具里

9开烤,大约十分钟左右,底部会上色,但千万不要过久容易糊的

小技巧
黄油的量应该是最低了,但是鸡蛋可以减少一个,枫糖的量也可以根据喜好适当增减
