牛肉片: 200g(火锅用), 板豆腐: 1/2盒(切成3cm大小的正方形), 洋葱: 1/2(切丝), 蒟蒻丝: 100g, 清酒: 50cc, 水: 50cc, 糖: 1大勺, 酱油: 1.5大勺
步骤
1牛肉在中间切成容易吃的大小,在中间切一下即可

2开始做“烧豆腐”(Yakitofu),平底不粘锅,不需要放油之间煎豆腐块,使之两边成金黄色即可

3平底锅加少许油,放入牛肉片,中火煎到微微变色后加入洋葱丝,炒成洋葱变透明

4煮开一锅水,放入蒟蒻丝焯一下水即可去掉腥味
