低筋面粉: 56g, 玉米油: 26g, 鸡蛋: 4只, 牛奶: 50g, 白糖1: 10g, 白糖2: 25g, 蓝风车淡奶油: 270g, 白糖3: 14g
步骤
1白糖1、牛奶,玉米油小火煮到糖化开,不要煮沸,温度在70~80度左右

2筛入低筋面粉快速搅拌

3加入4个蛋黄搅拌成糊状

4蛋白加入白糖2,打发至7—8分的样子

5把步骤4的白糊一点点加入步骤3的蛋黄糊中,顺势搅拌,不要幅度太大

6模具垫上硅油纸,把步骤6倒入模具中,震平,进入烤箱

7把白糖3倒入淡奶油中打发,打到纹路出来

8涂抹淡奶油,然后卷成卷

9然后用硅油纸包好放入冰箱,一个小时候拿出来,切好,包装好就可以送送朋友啦~
