原料
小米粉: 500克, 洋葱: 小半个, 蒜苗: 1根, 五花肉: 150克, 芹菜: 1根, 红萝卜: 半个, 生抽: 20ml, 料酒: 20ml, 鲜虾: 100克
步骤
1把所有材料清洗干净,红萝卜切丝,五花肉切片

2小米粉泡提前用清水泡20分钟,如果忘记提前泡,就是40度的温水泡

3锅里加油,这个油要比炒菜多些,因为小米粉吸油,油稍微热下就可以把五花肉下锅,把猪油煸出来。

4如果肥肉比较多,就多煸一会,到有点微黄,猪油渣好好吃,小时候嘴馋就偷吃这个。

5把切好的洋葱红萝卜丝蒜白下锅炒出香味

6包菜下锅翻炒几下

7把生抽料酒调在一起淋下锅

8加盐巴,伴均匀就可以,不要把菜炒烂

9小米粉泡到有点发白就可以捞出来沥水,小米粉不能泡太久,泡太久会烂掉

10把泡好的小米粉抖开,撒在菜上面

13火力调800,如果是煤气灶,就用中小火

14中小火焖5分钟左右
