1鸡蛋加少许鸡蛋和凉水打散,煎饼,切为菱形小片 木耳泡发,洗净切碎块 豆腐切小块,类似鸡蛋的切法 蒜苗切碎

2炒锅加适量油,油热放适量盐炒下,然后锅内倒入一汤勺岐山香醋(醋要多,汤要有浓浓的酸味),几秒后加入适量水,继续烧开,加入2包汤料,适量臊子肉,尝下味道,调整盐味,放入步骤一中的鸡蛋,豆腐,木耳和蒜苗适量,汤一直保持滚烫状态
