步骤
1准备面粉,鸡蛋,西红柿,葱末,温水,盐,白糖

2水要依次少放一些,放多了疙瘩会太大不好熟,尽量让疙瘩大小均匀

3将西红柿切开,不要切断,放在开水里,两西红柿皮煮软脱落!把西红柿盛出

4锅里放油和葱末,正常炒菜量的油就可以

6锅中加水,放入准备好的疙瘩!注意搅拌以免粘锅!放适量盐!
