步骤
1将肥肉和素肉分开切,生姜切片,八角2个,挂面适量

2将肥肉熬出油

3加入素肉翻炒出香味,加盐一小勺,盐要比平时炒菜的量少,因为面条吸盐,糖一勺,生姜八角一起加入

4老抽视颜色而定,醋适量

5将炒好的肉放入砂锅,一次性加足够多的水,水要多,面很吸水的

6砂锅上面放上蒸笼,将红薯摆放进蒸笼里,盖上盖子,大火烧开,中小火炖半小时

7然后加入面条,用筷子搅拌至面条软掉均匀的沾满汤汁

8继续用筷子搅拌,以免粘在一起,盖上盖子,小火焖几分钟即可,如果汤汁不够的就加点开水,当然,还是一开始就加足够水,那样会比较好
