原料
棉花糖: 180g, 奶粉: 120g, 熟花生粒: 180g, 黄油: 60g
步骤
1将黄油放入不沾锅中融化~

2加入棉花糖~中小火将之融化~

4分次加入花生粒翻拌均匀~

5将做好的成品倒入烤盘中~上面盖上一层油纸~用擀面杖擀平整~

小技巧
1.我买的是180g一包的棉花糖~一次用一包刚刚好~ 2.一定要用不沾锅~不然会沾到锅子上~很糟糕的~ 3.全程使用中小火~火大了会胡~火小了~牛轧糖会很软没有嚼劲~ 4.牛轧糖一定要等凉透了再切~不然会粘刀~
