步骤
1五花肉清理干净沥干水分,切成小丁,

2干香菇浸泡后切小丁,红葱头、蒜头、切碎,姜切丝,

3锅里放油,放入八角、茴香、迷迭香,煸出香味后捞出,放入红葱碎、蒜末、姜丝煸出香味,

4然后把肉丁放入煸炒出油,

5再把香菇放入煸炒,加白兰地,生抽,蚝油,五香粉,胡椒粉,冰糖,把浸泡香菇的水也放进锅里,大火煮开,再把煮熟的鸡蛋去壳后入锅,小火慢慢煨。

6我看煸炒肉丁时出的油不少,又加了一些手工打的百叶结,
