1黑木耳,干香菇,黄花菜温水泡发

2把泡发好的干香菇和木耳切丝,黄花菜切段,胡萝卜也切丝备用,(也可以用新鲜的香菇,新鲜的香菇只是鲜没有干香菇香看个人喜好)

3热锅冷油下葱白和姜蓉爆香

4放香菇小火炒至香菇出香味

5倒入胡萝卜丝炒软

6倒入黄花菜和黑木耳丝,加适量开水或高汤,大火烧开

7取一个小碗、在碗中放,酱油一勺,素蚝油半勺,白胡椒粉一勺、醋二勺用筷子在碗中搅拌均匀,把调好的汁倒入锅里小火煮5分钟。(胡椒粉和醋可按个人喜欢适量加减)

8再倒入金针菇煮软调味

9取一小碗,放入生粉和清水,用筷子搅拌均匀,然后倒入汤中勾芡,要勾芡到汤汁稍微粘稠的程度,刚开始可以用少点生粉,不够再加生粉。(一定要先调好味在勾芡,勾芡后就不要在放盐了)
