小技巧
1、用于披萨的馅料不能水分太大,把饼坯湿透了就不好吃了,所以茄子、虾仁和鱿鱼要事先煎熟,以防加热身处大量水分 2、饼坯要扎上小孔,是为了防止烤的时候饼皮中间膨胀鼓起来, 3、放的顺序有讲究,容易成熟的虾仁和鱿鱼放底下,防止烘烤过度口感不好
