大虾: 35只, 面包糠: 少许, 面粉: 少许, 鸡蛋: 1只, 生姜水: 1勺, 蒜汁: 1勺, 鸡精: 少许, 盐: 少许, 酱油: 少许, 清水: 少许
步骤
1把虾洗干净

2把虾头虾皮去掉留虾尾

6再加入少许酱油、味精、盐(依个人口味调好)腌制一会儿

7面粉适量加鸡蛋少许水调好,放入腌好的虾裹一层面糊,再放入面包糠中裹一层面包糠

8把裹好面包糠的虾放好,方便炸的时候一起下锅比较均匀

9锅里放油,油温六七成热时放入备好的虾,炸至金黄色捞出
